Algonquin College Convocation 2009

More than 2,000 of the 5,500-strong Algonquin College spring graduating class attended Convocation ceremonies at Scotiabank Place on Thursday, June 18, and Friday, June 19. Algonquin College President Robert Gillett presided over the presentation of degrees, diplomas and certificates at five separate ceremonies. In recognition of lifetime achievement and service to the Ottawa community, Algonquin bestowed an Honorary Diploma on David Wallace, Former Regional Vice President and Managing Director, Eastern and Northern Ontario BMO Harris Private Banking.
