To learn more about Algonquin College's Bartending program: http://ow.ly/AHwml Frozen Grims-Bee Lemonade: 1 ½ oz Forty Creek Whisky 1/2oz Limoncello 1/2oz Lemon Juice 1oz Elderflower Honey Syrup 1 ½ oz Lemon Sour Mix (can be replaced with fresh lemonade) Scoop of Elderflower infused Ice (blend everything together) Elderflower Honey Syrup: 1 cup of Elderflower infused water 1 cup of Honey 1 tsp molasses - In a saucepan, add 1 cup of Elderflower water, 1 cup of Honey, 1 tsp molasses - Bring the pot with the above items to boil. - Reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for five minutes (let it cool). Foam on Top: Place all items below into a iSi whipper and charge twice before placing into the fridge. 2oz Lemon Juice 4oz Elderflower infused water 2oz Limonce (Lemoncello) 1oz Elderflower Honey Syrup 2g Spuma Gastro by biozoon (Maltodextrin, gelling agent methyl cellulose, thickening agent xanthan)
